Buffet Meals (pre-reserved)

Sample Daily Menu’s

It is highly recommended for convenience and schedule purposes that attendees pre-reserve buffet meals since there are no other restaurants in walking distance and the hotel restaurant has limited capacity and serves other guests, so may not be able to serve you in time to make your next session. The following menu’s have been agreed to by the Doubletree as what they plan to provide at (some minor changes could occur for unforeseen circumstances). They are designed to include vegetarian, and gluten free. Note that vegans may use the buffet but the entry will be separately plated. Those with allergies should be able to order what they need in the restaurant.
