2016 Dream Art Exhibition

Slide1Held in conjunction with the 33rd Annual Conference of the International Association for the Study of Dreams.

This year’s show is located around the Cloister at Abbey Rolduc. It will be extended past the time of the conference, ending on August 31, 2016.

Prior to the Dream Art Reception, you are invited to Meet the Dream Artists One-on-One at their works in the Cloister area. This will be held on Sunday evening, June 26, from 18:30 to 20:15. At the Reception to follow immediately, the Nancy Richter Brzeski Dream Art Awards will be announced.

A full description of the art works with their corresponding dream-related statements can be downloaded by clicking on the images.

We will once again give you the opportunity to vote for your favorite artists in the popular Peoples’ Choice Award – ballots will be available at the Registration Desk. Note that the one of the curators and the jury members will be displaying their art, but they are not eligible for an award – their names are noted below.

Support for this year’s show was given by the Rolduc Conference Centre, The Province of Limburg, Huis voor de Kunsten Limburg, and IASD. The show was curated by Willem Fermont and Robert Gongloff. The jury committee includes Uta Göbel-Gross (Germany), Dorine Hulshof (The Netherlands), Jos Jacobs (Belgium), and Kim Vergil (Canada).
