Come help us in the magical dream town of Ashland Oregon, to make our 2026 IASD Annual Conference a success. The deeply discounted $200 volunteer fee allows you to attend the full conference by working approximately 12 to 14 hours (roughly 3 hours per day) and includes all conference recordings. Scheduling will take into account your session preferences where possible. This fee covers the conference attendance, all receptions and the dream ball. Volunteers arrange for their own travel, lodging and meals and any ticketed special events (such as the OSF play) they wish to attend.
The duties are consolidated into 4 categories: 1) Registration positions: Setup or Registration Desk; 2) Room Monitors; 3) Audio-Visual Support positions: Basic or iPad/Zoom Recording and 4) Art Exhibition. All volunteers will received on-site training on Sunday morning 13 June and AV Volunteers will receive additional pre-conference training in a Zoom session. Volunteers must apply for these positions online, click the button below.
Apply early since acceptance is determined by a combination of application date and available positions. If positions fill up, a waiting list will be maintained and those on that list will be offered a position if an accepted volunteer does not register or cancels.
We will send out acceptance letters beginning on November 1, 2025, and then within 2 weeks of receiving applications after that. That letter will have a deadline in it by which you must register and pay the volunteer fee to confirm your position. Be sure you can attend because the fee is non-refundable after that deadline, except in extreme circumstances (a $50 administrative fee will apply).
