If you’re attending the 2026 Dream Conference and looking to:
- Share a hotel room
- Split a car or taxi ride
- Coordinate flights or airport transfers
You’re not alone! Connect with fellow dreamers who are open to travel-sharing and room-sharing—and turn logistics into connection.
To connect with potential roommates or travelshare partners post your information on this thread. This will be an open blog thread available to the public, but will be monitored for spam and inappropriate content. Inappropriate or offensive posts will be deleted and the user blocked.
Neither IASD nor Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites will assign or re-assign roommates, nor can we get involved with financial disputes, so please make final arrangements and agreements prior to making your reservation.
Good news—there’s still time to join us!
While rooms at the conference venue are sold out,
the conference itself is not.
Registration is still open,
and we warmly welcome additional attendees.
Nearby off-site accommodations are available.
Hi Everyone! I’m comfortable sharing a room with anyone. I tend to get to bed by 10/1030pm, so ideally that would connect with your usual time as well.
If you’re still looking for a roommate let know know! What’s the cost?
Looking for a ride to & from Ashland from Lincoln City, OR, or could meet you in or near Salem, OR, or Klamath Falls Amtrak. Checking in June 12, out June 18.
I am licensed & insured, and willing to share expenses. I could spell you driving for 60-90 minutes at a time if you need a break.
I am looking to carpool/share a ride from Santa Cruz to Ashland and back. I have a car and can drive, or join you on your drive, and share gas costs.
Hi Georgia!
I’d love to ride share with you from Santa Cruz.
I am volunteering, so need to be there by Sat morning.
Not sure that works for you, but please let me know!

Hi Georgia! If you’re going from Santa Cruz to Ashland and back, I would love to ride with you and share gas costs as well. I see that Briana had also reached out to you, so if it would be the 3 of us (and that works for you) it makes the expenses that much less! I’m at 747-333-6203. Thank you! -Adam
Rooms are sold out at the Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites. If there is a female who would be open to sharing a hotel room let me know! If this feels aligned you can contact me via email. Thank you!
Hello, I am interested in! I cannot see your email address, though. If you haven’t found a roommate, I will be there on Saturday, 13th June, and will be leaving on 15th June.
Hello fellow dreamers!
I am looking for a ride one way from Ashland to Eugene at the end of the conference. I will, of course, contribute to gas and could drive if needed.
Thank-you,
Suzanne
Glad to report that I found my ride.
The room block at Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites is now sold out—thank you for the wonderful response! From time to time, rooms do open up due to last-minute cancellations, so it’s still worth checking directly with the hotel. (They do not maintain a waitlist.)
If you’re looking for a nearby option, we recommend the Windsor Inn, conveniently located just across the street from the conference site—an easy and comfortable alternative. While IASD does not have a reserved block there and cannot guarantee or negotiate rates, many attendees find it to be a great option.
To check availability, please contact the Windsor Inn directly at 541-488-2330
Hello Dreamers~
I am looking to share driving my car from Santa Rosa, CA to Ashland on Friday, June 12th. I’ll return June 18th by way of picking friend up in Medford, so you’d be welcome to ride-share with 2 of us, unless 1-way is all you need.
Thank you!
I found a rideshare!
