Gloria Sturzenacker
Publication, Artist outreach, Editing
Gloria Sturzenacker began her career as a public radio reporter, then moved into magazine editing. After long experience in technical subjects, she now freelances mainly in academic and arts and culture editing. She has also worked in graphics production and has a strong interest in graphic design. Following a year of frequent synchronicities, she developed a graphic system for tracing interactions between internal and external experience, a subject she’s presented on many times since joining IASD in 1997 (to the chagrin of Walter Berry, who hates presentations on synchronicities). A student of Montague Ullman, she has written for Dream Time about how the Ullman Method’s distinct stages (well beyond “If this were my dream”) support safety and discovery.
